Volunteer Opportunities

CAMP offers many volunteer opportunities throughout the school year and summer months. All program volunteer opportunities begin at age 14. Below is a list of volunteer positions, click on the opportunity for more information. In order to be eligible to volunteer for a CAMP program, you must meet the following basic qualifications.

Summer Camp Volunteer

Volunteer opportunities available May-August for one or more weeks, plus training. Read More »

Respite Camp Volunteer

Volunteer opportunity once per month, September-May for a 2-day weekend. Required training provided for first-time volunteers. Read More »

Parent’s Night Out (PNO) Volunteer

A 5-hour program offered one Friday evening per month, September-May. Read More »

Teen and Adult Day Adventure (TADA) Volunteer

A 4-5 hour community based program offered one Saturday or Sunday per month, September-May. Read More »

Health Care Volunteer

Medical volunteers, such as doctors, residents, medical students, nurses, nursing students, and respiratory therapists assist with week-long summer camp sessions and respite weekend programs. Read More »

Work Groups

One-time or continuing projects for church groups or civic organizations. Read More »

Summer Staff

Commit to spend the entire summer in a paid staff role, such as cabin staff, activity leaders, maintenance, kitchen, and administrative. Must be 16 years of age or older. Read More »
