CAMP is excited to announce our Program Team is growing!

For 40 years Children’s Association for Maximum Potential (CAMP) has strengthened and inspired children and adults with special medical, developmental, intellectual, and behavioral needs through a variety of programs. We have already hired a new Camp Director and Program Specialist (new position), and are now focusing on hiring a new Assistant Camp Director to complete the program team.

Assistant Camp Director – We are seeking an Assistant Camp Director, whose responsibilities will be to help manage our summer and school-year programs (to include weekend camps, day programs, and evening programs), and will help camp director ensure the recruitment, training, supervision, and mentorship of qualified staff and volunteers to support all programs. Ideal candidate has experience working with individuals with special needs, (including behavioral nuances) as well as experience with an organization that directly recruits campers.  Supervisory experience, creativity, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are all important for this position.  Benefits include health insurance, a generous leave program, 403b with employer match, support for continuing education, and on-camp housing.
